SPS Consultant Plus gives the following definition of such a concept as a digital currency.

A digital currency is any currency, money, or monetary asset that is primarily managed, stored, or exchanged in digital computer systems, especially over the Internet.

The decision to issue digital financial assets should contain:

information about the operator of the information system in which the issue of digital financial assets is carried out;

conditions under which the issue of digital financial assets is recognized as valid;

the start date of the placement of issued digital financial assets by concluding contracts for their acquisition.

And a number of other conditions.

Identification is a set of measures to establish information about customers, their representatives, beneficiaries, beneficial owners, as defined by this Federal Law, and to confirm the authenticity of this information using original documents.
